A. Information you provide directly
- Account data: name, email address, username, password (hashed), date of birth, and profile photo.
- Identity verification: government-issued ID, selfie, or other documentation required to verify age and eligibility for real-money gameplay.
- Payment information: billing address and payment method details (processed securely by our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers).
- User content: game designs, story chat messages, profile information, support tickets, and other content you create or submit on the Platform.
- Communications: emails or messages you send to us, including support requests.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Usage data: gameplay sessions, match history, in-app actions, feature interactions, and performance metrics.

- Location data: approximate location inferred from IP address to verify geographic eligibility for real-money games.
C. Information from third parties
- If you connect a third-party account (e.g., Google, Discord) we receive basic profile information from that provider.
- We may receive fraud-prevention signals and identity-verification results from our service providers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate the Platform: process account registrations, authenticate users, facilitate gameplay, process payments, and deliver subscriptions.
- Verify eligibility: confirm age, identity, and geographic eligibility for real-money competitions as required by law.

- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With your consent: in any other circumstance where we have obtained your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform services. After account closure we retain certain data for up to 3 years to comply with legal obligations (e.g., anti-money-laundering record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymised or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction — including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and regular security reviews.
